Want to learn to cook Italian food?

I believe that hands-on cooking classes are the best way to learn new skills in the kitchen. I know how much the British public love watching cookery programmes and reading food magazines but I’m also aware that many are daunted at the prospect of having a go themselves. I am here to give you the confidence and inspiration to test news skills and Italian recipes at home through our interactive, fun and hands-on workshops.

The cost of each workshop includes the following…..

All workshops offered by Italian Ventures include the following:

On arrival, you will be greeted with a coffee, home made biscuits and Rosaria's warm hospitality.

Introduction to the course itself, including an explanation of day’s menu, ingredients, equipment, preparation and cooking of menu.

Throughout the course there will be attention given to cooking demonstrations and clear explanations through out.

Drinks will be made available throughout the workshop.

On some courses a light lunch will be provided. Courses where 3 or 4 courses are prepared will end with everyone sitting around the table enjoying the spoils of their labour.

Anything left over will be shared among the course attendants to take home if they wish to.

You will also receive copies of the recipes used on your course, so that you can recreate the dishes in your good time to enjoy.

As for Nirmal, she was well pleased with her Birthday present from us, and thoroughly enjoyed the day,such that she feels inspired to perhaps go on and share her skills in cooking with others!...
